Mr. Robert K. Kraus, Sr. of KRAUS GROUP, INC. Inspection Services (KGI) performs all of our construction monitoring and consulting services. His background is extensive in the construction industry and his resume is available for your review in our construction monitoring packages provided to new prospective clients. As well as serving as the Southwest Chapter President and Core Representative Nationally with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), Mr. Kraus holds the highest degree of licensure for the state of Florida as a general contractor as well as being a state certified building inspector with the state of Florida.
Inspections can be scheduled to coincide with banks and lending institution's draw schedules as well as the demanding fast track specialty tenant office building or commercial and industrial project's schedules.
We are available for as many inspections as you prefer or throughout the construction process for different phases of the construction, such as foundation, slab on grade, framing/dry in, drywall, and or final walk thru. Inspections can begin during the initial contract negotiating state and design engineering to ground breaking and foundation inspections to the final walk through.
Each inspection consists of a detailed site inspection and a report that can be provided promptly to your builder and or yourself, ensuring that all parties have the necessary time to remedy any and all deficiencies, if found, in a timely manner. Therefore, eliminating any cause for unwarranted delays to the project schedule.
