Robert K. Kraus, Sr., the co-founder of KGI, possesses over 50 years extensive experience in all phases of commercial, multi-family and residential construction. Among Robert’s certifications: Florida Class “A” General Contractor license, Florida State Licensed Home Inspector, American Society of Home Inspector (ASHI), Florida Association of Building Inspector (FABI) and Florida State Mold Assessor. He has also held the office of President for the Southwest Florida chapter of ASHI several times since its inception.

Andrew R. Kraus, the co-founder of KGI, has over 20 years experience in performing quality inspections in this area. He is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector, Florida certified Wind Mitigation Inspector and State of Florida Radon Technican.. Andrew is both a member and holds certifications with ASHI and FABI. He too has held offices in the Southwest chapter of ASHI.
Ryan H. Kraus has obtained the senior inspector ranking with the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) He is a Florida State Licensed Home Inspector and holds certifications in both the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI) and (ASHI). He has also been an officer with the Southwest chapter of ASHI and is a certified Florida Wind Mitigation Inspector.
Jillian M. Kraus is the very pleasant voice that you will first hear when calling into KGI. She is our scheduling and booking agent as well as our customer service expert. Jillian and Ryan were married in 2008 and she has been with the group since 2009.
